Winter has arrived…well sort of.
After widespread “first snow’s” across Colorado, Buffalo Pass and Mt. Werner were finally touched by the white gold (1/4-inch). The snowline on the mountain was right at the top of Storm Peak and north into the chutes.
It wasn’t the deepest of first snow’s we’ve had. In 2006, the first year we did this, 8″ fell at the gondola during a plump storm on September 16th.Continue Reading...
