Adventure Guide
Rob has been a guide with Steamboat Powdercats since 2002. Originally from Connecticut, Rob grew up skiing Stratton Mountain, Stowe and Subarbush. After attending college at the University of Vermont where he studied history and french, Rob moved to Steamboat Springs in 1994. In Steamboat, Rob became a raft guide (3 years), a snowboard instructor (6 years as Certified II instructor) and worked in a varety of restaurants. Currently, when not working as one of Steamboat Powdercats guides, during the summer, Rob has been working as a surveyor.
Rob spends his off time kayaking, backpacking, skate skiing, surf traveling, mountain biking and playing hockey.

His favorite color is blue. His Zodiac sign is Leo He likes to hold hands, read poetry to and blow dandelion seeds with his girl, Candice. Rob also takes photos for us from time to time.
Here is an amazing image that Rob took on January 16, 2006 where
we got a nice foot of snow. As you can see it was deep that day.
