| Mike Rakowski "I started skiing in 1972 at a small ski area in Illinois called Majestic Hills. In 1974 I became a Junior National Ski Patrol member and then moved to Steamboat in 1979, so to fulfill my life passion for ski bumming, which I've made a career out of. In 1989 I got a job at Powdercats and as of today I still love this job and the family of guides and guests."
