As guides we spend a lot of time exposed to the snow and the cold. In our job as professional guides staying warm, dry, and comfortable is an important requirement, as is nailing turn after turn in bottomless powder, corn, and, sometimes even crud (yikes!). Form, function and durability have to come together in a successful blend before a product will stand up to the rigors of professional (ab)use. Our partners are chosen as this is the gear that most likely will excel under all weather and snow conditions.
- Medicine Bow and Routt National Forest – Our special use permit is managed by the Medicine Bow and Routt National Forest. All the land that we ski and ride in is National Forest so this permit is a very important partner for us to have.
